Update: Cricket at WCC (15/5/20)

With the easing of the lockdown restrictions with regards to outdoor exercise we are pleased to confirm that we will be able to re-open our new net facility in a limited capacity. Initially this will be with several restrictions, so we deemed it necessary to produce a document to inform on the process.

Please read the following carefully:

• All net use must be pre-booked with Liz or Chris
• Nets will be able to be booked for 50-minute slots. Please make sure you have left the facilities in plenty of time to avoid contact with the next user.
• Access to the net facilities will be via the Lane Gate by the St Michael’s Pavilion.
• An Over-18 must be present for the duration of the booking.
• You can use the facilities with other members of your household OR with one other person from outside your household.
• Social Distancing of at least two metres should be maintained at all times.
• You must bring and use all of your own equipment and take all of it away with you at the end of your booking. Use of the bowling machine will NOT be permitted.
• It is imperative that you wash your hands at home before and after using the net facilities. Bring your own hand sanitiser where possible.
• No other club facilities will be open.
• If you or any or your household members are symptomatic or if you are classified as extremely vulnerable on health grounds, you should remain at home and follow Government guidance.

These rules and regulations will be under constant review and if we cannot maintain safe practice then the facilities will have to close.
